Music can be beautiful, it can be exotic, and it can even be amazing without expression, but without that, it's being held back. Its true form and emotion is being held back with no expression. The expression is what makes music exciting. The expression is what makes music music, aside from tuned notes to make melodies.

I've been playing music for over 30 years, i've been in countless bands, done tons of solo work, and guest appearances...there's a HUGE difference in playing music and FEELING music. @chesspro22k I do agree with you. When I hear a Bach arrangement I usually NEVER know how the people are looking as they play, but I feel wonderful. I think the Visual aspect of music is the least important. Next thing you know people will be saying "oh man, his jeans just totally make this song better!"

Feeling is something you have that goes beyond your expressions. You can be really angry and not show or even overjoyed, but people will pick up on it anyway your actions.

the response I got back from Don was that it would be a tough decision as each guitar has its own sweet spots, he said for stage he mostly plays his handbuilt yamaha LLX36C, for recording its always changing. He said he used a Mark Wood OM to win winfield and likes it as well the video link up above is the mark wood
