With headphones it actually does sound as if one is listening to live music. I suppose this is the effect of the front horn loading. The disadvantage is that in order to get the proper time-alignment, the tweeter radiation is obstructed. Have you experimented with a standard direct radiator OB with the tweeter mounted on top of the enclosure? I would think that even a smaller setup with a subwoofer would be close to ideal. How tall are these loudspeakers?
They are about 145cm tall with the baffles on top. And the width is about 135 cm. I think they are close to the limit in size in my room. Once I tried two types of enclosures: a plain open-back enclosure and an open-back enclosure with a short front horn. I preferred the latter, which had more nuanced sound. I think, if you listen at a distance of 2 meters or so, the radiation problem of the tweeter doesn't matter.
Your spectactular loudspeakers wont do a difference on their own.without a good backup! I know you know that. It's the whole kit. But to my experience way too much attention is put on loudspeakers!

LP12は20年以上前に買ったものです。（AT15Eに至っては30年以上前のものですが。）タンテは自作ガラス製に交換しています。これまで使ってきたアイワのプレーヤーが壊れてしまい、ロートルコンビの再登場となった次第です。

You are right. As for this video, I think the record player system, especially the cartridge AT15E, plays an important role.
