actually the song is from the album 13th step, an album depicting ones perception upon drug/alcohol abuse. The song deals with the illusions offered to us from substance abuse, the solace,peace, and false reality and security,it was later used as a message of a more political account on emotive in the song counting bodies like sheep...

I have to disagree. Just because the album may have had a theme, the lyrics in this are directly about geopolitics.
