fitness is a lifestyle not crunches pull ups and push ups that is so freaking stupid that u think you will look like that fitness model in a few minutes a day for beginners I would recommend p90 or p90x if you really want fast lifetime lasting results . Follow the nutrition guide or don't bother
I bought the Iron Gym, but out of the box, the manufacturer had failed to provide the proper bolts required to assemble the product. I was missing a single bolt--without it, I could not assemble the Iron Gym. I went to hardware stores trying to find a properly sized replacement, but nothing I found fit. So then I called Pro Fit, Iron Gym's manufacturer. I spoke to two people on the phone, including Carolyn, the "supervisor." Neither would even consider sending me a replacement bolt in the mail.
i got this shit man, it works totally. it does everything the t.v show says. 2 probs though.
1: you have to follow the eating plan that comes with it (not really a prob, but its a pain in the ass)
2: if you can't do pull ups in the first place, this product doesn't do shit for you.
when i first got it, i couldn't do pull ups at all, so it was pretty much worthless, but i started going to the gym and lifted weights, now that i can do pull ups, this thing kicks ass! no joke.
@ultradude100 did that really happen to u? or were u just saying that cuz u think this is a scam? dude, any1 who ever got one of these will back me up on this, its damn near impossible for that to happen. it uses (for lack of a better word, cuz i'm sleepy.) math in a way, it CAN NOT do anything harmful to your door....enless you like...tied a rope to it while it was hocked up, n pulled said rope with a car....but even then it would knock out yr wall instead of the door frame.
[part 2] oh yeah, it does have like a 380lb limit for how much strain can be put on it. so if some one who weighted more then that did this, even then the worst that would happen would be the bolts in the iron gym would give out, and it would snap. (not that i can see any one who weighs that much doing pull ups...)and he'd fall on he's ass feeling stupid. i got a old ass house, and even my shitty door frames can hold me up on this gym (i'm 213lb, martial artist). just try it. this shit rocks! :)
@ultradude100 lastly, if you don't feel right about giving your credit card number out to ppl on the phone to buy this, you can buy it at wall mart, and sports stores world wide now. this has been on the market for quite some time now. and if you head to wall mart's fitness section, you'll find alot of old work out 'gyms' not unlike this sold there. and on the box it reads 'as seen on t.v'....theres also cheep knock offs next to um..... i wasn't paid to say any of that btw. :)
