forge didnt have to die he coulda used my plan instead of manually activating it

step 1. get 3 pelicans

step 2. attach first 2 pelicans to ftl drive

step 3. have forge in either pelican and a spartan in the other

step 4. set the pelicans to take off at the same time and at a slow enough pace for the Spirit of Fire to make it out in time

step 5. start pelicans up at the EXACT same time

step 6. quickly jump off and head to the last pelican and get on it

step 7. go back to Spirit of Fire and escape

Just wanted to point out a bit of failure in logic here (I know, different studio, but I can't stop thinking it). Canon material (Halo: The Flood book) states that in cyro, any clothing worn on the skin causes severe blitering, similar to a burn from exposure to some extremely cold.

But, say somewhere in the RECLAIMER trilogy, the spirit of fire is found! Maybe in the 2nd title of the trilogy, chief finds spirit and is reunited with red team!
