no u can tell its a CPU because when u look at Ivysaurs picture on the bottom the pokeball is gray but when a human player is playing then the color of the pokeball for second player is blue :P

if uthnk about it pokemon is the cruelest game in the world. First pokemon trainers go into the wild and take them out of their natural habitat by making them fight other pokemon that have been subjected to that tiny little ball. And the only time they can get out is if they have to get that crap beat out of them. I mean what the hell, man! thats wrong!!!
