Photoshop is the all-rounder. Basicly, the balanced-in-everything-perfect­-in-nothing paint program. Coral specializes in many, many different brush types, and you can often do more painterly feels with Coral. Sai is the one that is better in coloring anime and such. Not many people recommend it for backgrounds or touch-ups. But its good for sketchs and lineart, too.
