  • If you don't eat protein or fat you die. If you don't eat carbs your liver manufactures all the glucose you need from fat. We're designed to burn fat. Throw in a ton of carbs and blood glucose rises. There's too much fuel. The body pumps out insulin and fat is deposited, not burned. Cut out the carbs and fat is burned and melts of the body. Cutting intake of fat and switching the body to burning pure carbs is the opposite of healthy. Fat is the symptom, carbs the cause.

  • @gphx We are designed to eat fruit and vegetables and grains and nuts. Animal protein and animal fat makes sick and kills people in the long run ahead of their time.

  • @tranquilocito thank you for this video!!!!! The human body has difficulty digesting any kind of meat! And it clogs our arteries. Many many people have been healed of so many illnesses by simply becoming a vegetarian and adding a brisk walk to their daily routine. People are quick to say it does not work because they do not want to give up their eating habits and favorite foods. We are all responsible for our own health, no doctor can do anything for you if you don't want to do your part!

  • So my Diabeteic girlfried takes 3 teaspoones of sugar in her coffee, Most days she has 2 cups. What is your comment on this ? thanks

  • @gladheateher4now try introducing an alternative to coffee... tea perhaps? black tea.. it would require less sugar for a sweet taste and its still strong and has caffeine...
