@TheHappy9er I think you are right, though. He did say "To Yul Sam" just like he said "To Sica Sam," which was subbed as "To Teacher Sica". So i'm guessing it was a subbing mistake b/c like @NatalyaBers said "To Yul Sam" sounds like "To 2 Teachers".
