HI I feed them every othere day...I have stopped feeding them rats as there fur can cause impaction ..mice are fine though...they eat loads of fruit and minced turkey and snails ....

She is BEAUTIFUL!! We just got out baby b&w argentine tegu 4 weeks ago and he is soo friendly and loving.....still doesnt want anything too big to eat but he is crazy about eggs with some mineral/vitamin & calcium supplements, When she was a lil baby did you have trouble getting her to eat meat?

I havent viewed your other videos, but is this all you feed her, just meat? Im not sure if you know or not, but tegus also require fruits and veggies.

No I feed them diet of around 80% fruit and insects...The rest is a mix or snails mice rats and minced turkey

A lot of tegu's won't touch veggies, and fruit isn't necessary for a b&w. Other species maybe more so, but so long as you vary the meat, supplement with a little cod liver oil and calcium, there's nothing that says a tegu can't live a healthy life off of meat. Some people say that fruit helps in shed, but, it really doesn't.

the Tegu in the Vid is an Argintiene B&W Tegu not a columbian tegu., there to way diff types of Tegu. the blue red an B&W Tegu is a tegu that u want . Columbians dont really make the best pets in my experience. im not being a dick im jus sharein some info thats all. i own 3 B&Ws and a red and in a few days two red n blue crosses and i love them and recomend them to anyone who wants a lovein and loyal animal
