I want to install 2 12" sub in my car...800W each sub...what amount of watt on an amp suitable for these 2 subs...

if the subs are rated at 800w RMS i would suggest an amp with 1600w RMS or more if you want to really get them moving at top performance. But dont buy any old amp. Buy JBL,rockford fossgate,infinity or any of the same quality. if its rate at 800w music power(peak) i would not go over 1000w RMS.
