Arkady loads up on Adam Sobel's doughnuts twice a week in Hoboken, he told me. Arkady stores them in his Manhattan ice box and prefers to eat the doughnuts between 2 and 4 AM. Arkady had to take the train to Red Bank once, after the cops harassed the Snail out
