prolly not THE most but definitely underrated. he's a proven scorer, an underrated defender, and a great passer. the only thing that limits him from getting more apg is the spurs system where the assists are distributed among everyone. still, he manages to get more than 6 apg...on the spurs...put him on teams like NO or PHX, and he'd easily top 10 apg. when his outside J is on he is unstoppable, if he hits those threes, its just unfair. lol.
