Im going to buy the S7 but I am not sure what size to get. I am just a tiny bit under 6 foot, and I weigh about 153-155 pounds. I am an advanced to expert skiier. I am not sure of whether to get the 178 or the188. I understand that the s7 skis "short" and I know powder skis are generally longer than normal skis. What size do you think I should go with? Replies are much appreciated.
I have a feeling the S3 will be the best solution for me since I also love love love to play in the moguls. Spring mush moguls means I'll spend hours skiing the run over and over again. I'm just worried the S3 will be too soft....I guess I really just have to find a demo somewhere :-/
Thank you so much for this video; really great presentation and easy to listen to. No other video has helped me to understand which ski best is best suit to....I'm personally trying to decide on one of those skis. I'm based in Toronto and my ski is the Rossi FIS SL ski, I LOVE to carve and anything less than FIS skis I find too soft. However the slalom skis are pretty limited when I go out west or ski the spring mush.

I consider myself an advanced skier and I spend about 70 percent of my time on the powder steeps or in the trees. I also go into the park to hit the big kickers. I don't know if I should get the 178 or 186. what would you suggest?
@712vids If you're going to be riding them in the park you might want to go with 178's. They'll be a little easier to throw around. If you're more of a straight air person and stay off the rails, then I would probably go with the 186's. You're pretty tall so you probably want a big ski to stand on and those should keep you charging through the trees.
