Why did the track close ? Housing development or something ? I think historic sporting venues should be graded like old buildings etc ! There is a lot of history in places like this and to just be able to close them is such a shame ! Respect to all the poeple who keep these wonderfull machines doing what they were built for ! Im saving to start classic racing myself (Probably 250/350 two strokes) CANT WAIT ! Peace Ye`all !!

Really miss the track, was there for the last years for amateur class. Can see Adrian in the shot, was the president for the last years I believe ? (not sure) miss packing up the bikes on a Friday and heading down from the Okanagan. What a great weekend, the smell, the sounds, now its gone : (
