@MIZZOUbeCHILL We'll see. Running back isn't all about speed. Washington led the team in yards per carry. He did so because he knows how to find gaps, follow his blockers, and make tacklers miss on the college level. Lawrence has the raw ability but he showed last season that he has a lot to learn. He had a few nice runs but made several mistakes. Running into blockers because he didn't know which gap he was supposed to hit was one. Hesitation another.

I think Kendial is a little bit better but Moore has more power to run between tackles. I'd say Kendial will have developed enough to win the #1 spot once Washington leaves and Moore will be the #2 guy.

I'd expect to see him carry the ball a little bit more than a #3 normally would though. Especially late in the season when his fundamentals are a little bit sharper and Washington and Moore need a bit more rest.

His speed in changing direction is also very impressive. Mizzou has had one of the better offensive lines in the Big 12 and they keep recruiting better athletes up front. In MU's system there will be a huge gap for him from the snap. He just has to be quick enough to hit it before it's sealed and he looks to be.
this young man in the spread is going to be hard to stop, mizzou was the best choice he could make imo, they have a lethal spread and they use their back-up running backs quite often, his first year he will get 50 touches i bet, thats if he doesn't win the starting job outright
I work with his mom and all we talk about at work is how good he is. I was never convinced until I saw him torch his opponent in the first playoff game for 5 TD and 300+ yards IN THE FIRST HALF!!!!!! This kid is a beast. I bet he would be an even hotter ticket if this wasn't only their 3rd varsity year.
Regardless this kid is just footballer plain and simple. Whoever gets him will be very luck.
did #23 (the tight end or H-Back) play college football, he made some pretty impressive blocks throughout that highlight
