@CherryButterfly1 um...i hope i will be able to convey it properly....actually the thing is,(i am an asian & a student of dentistry),in our culture,when a man says he doesn't want his wife to work,he means it in a positive and caring way..as in "y make her do a job as well as take care of house?that will be a double duty and hence tiring for her.So i will do the work labour,while she can peacefully take care of house & kids".He doesn't say it to bound her to home,just to make life easier for her

As i said,i am a student of dentistry,but suppose a guy who asks for my hand in marriage says "oh and u MUST do job and support household expenses equally",i wouldn't like that...So what eunhyuk's saying is the polite way.And that if the wife has intense wish to do job,i am pretty sure he would allow her(usually that's the way things r in our culture).Because that's her wish.its just that there wont b any compulsion from his side to make her work.Hope that clears up.=)
