PCOS is not fatal, And its one of the most popular infertility problems. Having been diagnosed with it in 2002 my husband and I have been ttc since 2004. There are treatments out there. Its not true if you don't have a baby soon you may never PCOS doesn't work that way. My friend Kristy went and had fertility treatments and had a baby, We're starting them next month. Educate yourself before you post untruths or myths.
I never said PCOS is always fatal but in a way it is the complications can kill you especially heart disease and cancer caused by heavy uterine lining. As for trying I have been for some time nodda and I've already been in the hospitalfor a reptured cyst that they were ctempted to just remove the overy from. Every doctor says something differnt about PCOS but all of them agree it is very dangerous and can cause complications resulting in death.
no but as of this writting your profile says it is. I've had PCOS for years, I too have had ruptured cysts first time was 1996. I never said you said PCOS is always fatal. As long as your in a stable relationship thats great your trying

I share your pain... thank you for putting the raw emotions up for others to see. If you have not been there you do not understand.
I am 26 and have been ttc for three years. Still hoping. I know I can adopt... I am warming to the idea... just a little different kind of dream -- but still giving life in a way.
thank you for sharing...Maybe you don't believe, but God is able to heal you and work out your situation. I myself have pcos, and know some of the things you might be going through. But I know God has a purpose for it all, and you may not know what it is now, but will find out when the time is right. I hope you keep hope and are blessed with a child. Steph
Im not sure how long youve been trying..but 21 still seems young and yo still have until over 35 until you would need to worry. Also many treatmemnts with Clomid and metformin that have showb much success. I wish you all the best :)
that is so true, she didn't mention anything about trying leading me to believe she hadn't been. Some do get pregnant right away with PCOS (my friend Kristy did) thats why this video makes no sense whatsoever when a person hasn't been trying why the tears? PCOS is actually easier to treat than some other infertility problems.
OMG! I heard that song not to long ago and I seriously cried for hours!!! I know just how you feel hun...I feel like I'm ALL alone even though I know I'm not. My sister in law and sister are pregnant and I just want to go and jump off a bridge. I can't handle knowing that there are so many people out there who don't derserve children and God keeps passing me by. Hang in there....and if you ever need anyone to talk to I'm always there for a cyster! ~megan~ "Losing it while trying for our first"

There are too many unloved kids on this already overcrowded planet- no need to get down about it! You'd make a great mother, why not adopt?
