Apparantly, all the players are Splicers except if you are converted into a Mr. Bubbles. Thats makes no sense. Splicers are supposed to cut open Sisters and drink the ADAM, not put them safely in their little vent.

Why would you even do three playthroughs? In every game you only need 2 max not 3, first for playing through the game and seeing how it is and the second going back getting every collectible and working on the achievements. You won't know until you try a lot of sequels look very similar but unti you actually play it the gameplay and the game itself will feel so much different.
