  • very nice

  • What's the gph?

  • @Begbucks Gallons Per Hour

  • Comment removed

  • @graydonblair Typical GPH is 10-15 GPH. If you heat the oil it can go up to about 25 GPH.

  • why is there is aways a dick head to tell you

    you errad

  • Great videos, but I have to side with @mycoptah - it's cen-TRI-fuge, not cen-TER-fuge.

I can't believe you get your hands that close to a wheel spinning @ 6000rpm.

  • @scott98390 Yep. I suck at spelling.

  • @scott98390 Who cares?

  • cen tri fuge, not cen ter fuge

  • thats actually the Electric hz reading... its 60 hz and the motor spins at 3450 rpm!! :)

  • @Turbocharge1000 The AC unit varies the hz (Yep, incoming hz to the AC unit is 60 hz) to the motor which then varies the RPM's. However, you can set the read out to read in Hz, RPM's, and a host of other variables.

  • @Turbocharge1000 The reading is in fact the RPM, the motor parameters are loaded into the controller including base frequency (3450rpm@60hz) and max rpm (6000rpm@105hz) The controller converts 120V single phase power to 240V three phase power and adjusts frequency to achieve the desired speed..

  • is this all you need or do sock filters help out?? what about seperating glycerin?? what is the ratio of glycerin to grease??? please do tell more

  • It depends on what you're using the oil for. If it's going to be used straight in a vehicle, some people will filter it additionally through a sock filter. However, if you're making Biodiesel, this is fully sufficient to filter the oil.

Centrifuges can't separate glycerin from grease. That's done chemically by making Biodiesel. Visit my site (link in description) to learn more about how that works.

  • kindof like a cotton candy machine on crack

  • Best comment yet!

  • It can filter oil effectively clear down to 1 micron. The flow rate is what determines how small it'll filter down to. The slower the flow, the finer the filtration.

  • What micron level dose it filter to?

  • Well, after testing the heck out of this thing, we like it! We REALLY like it!

We did quite a few tests on it & found it to work extremely well on filtering nasty oil.

So.....we've decided to add it to our website. It passed our tests with flying colors.

We did a monstrous write-up on it on our new centrifuge page (see video description for the link).

  • We don't have it listed. We're just testing it right now.

But you can see pricing at wvodesigns[dot]com

I'm pretty impressed with it so far.

  • It does look like a very nice machine with great value though. You got my attention. I would also just lie to play with it and see how it works.

  • How much does this cost? Im sure your website has the price. All your stuff is very expensive. I know its high quality and high cost materials, but its kind of discouraging.
