Hi!I suffer from hyperhidrosis!I sweat A LOT from my underarms,hands,feet...and it is SO FRUSTRATING!I've already used many lotion and crems, but nothing works!As a med student,I know very well that these lotions won't help(and this was confirmed by my dermatoligist).There are some other methods(as injections) that treat this once for all, but as it is expensive,and as i've already tried babypowder but didn't work for me(i sweat a lot), I was wondering if there are any other natural tips

Hi, you should apply deodorant first, let it dry, then use a little powder. Powder will help to absorb moisture and give you a nice fresh smell.

Hi, I think simply washing your underarms with soap and water is one of the best ways to stay fresh. I also love applying 100% cornstarch baby powder or Vagisil Powder which is terrific because it has a natural deodorant. Thanks so much for your compliment on my arms. I do weight train them 3 times a week and I work in my garden and my home. All of which keeps me toned. With exercise, consistency is the key. Doing something regularly long enough inevitably brings results:o)

I have had problems with my underarms for the past few years now. I have exzema on my skin and there's a spot in my one armpit and no matter how I shave or the products I use, my exzema acts up an is very burny and painful. I know use Arm & Harmor unscented Ultra Max deodorant and antiperspirant. It's great, but it has aluminum in it. I don't sweat much though, so should I considering switching? It's just so hard for me to find one that works for me.

I use mint scented alcohol as a deodorant. What causes the odor is the bacteria and the alcohol kills it. I bought an empty plastic spray bottle and I pour the alcohol into it and spray it on after a shower. My husband also does this and viola, no odor, no harmful chemicals, no stained clothes, and it's cheap.

since most guys dont shave their armpits, I suggest you do that (just with a razor and water, no cream) because the hair holds the bacteries anc cause you to smell more and use apart from a natural soap, baking soda as deo, works perfectly! just look it up on youtube how to apply, somebody posted a video on that

Hi, men can have the same irritations and conditions associates with antiperspirants as women including blocked sweat glands. Men also get breast cancer. My recommendation is that you consider using deodorant only products. They are available for men, smell great and won't block your sweat glands.

I've had a lot of problems with deodrants, natural and not, drying out my underarms and making the skin flake. I have started using the Body Shop Deodry deodorant stick and roll on, they work very well, I think the stick works better. I really enjoy your videos! Keep them coming :)

I can't find deordant for women either so I use FDS (Feminine Deodorant Spray) under my arms. I sometimes use the original Right Guard deodorant without the antipersperant added in the gold can. The Right Guard doesn't smell great but it does work without smelling like mens cologne.

The aluminum in crystal deodorants is a compound known as an alum, the most common form being potassium alum, also known as potassium aluminum sulfate.Potassium Alum is a natural mineral salts made up of molecules that are too large to be absorbed by your skin. They form a protective layer on your skin that inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria. The aluminum found in anti-antiperspirants is a different type of aluminum and is absorbed into our tissue.

Hi, if you have been using an anti=antiperspirant, that could very well cause it as I have had the same thing in the past. Stop using your anti-antiperspirant and see if it goes away in about a week. If you are still feeling a tender lump, see your doctor and have him/her check the area just to be safe.

Hi, all of the deodorants that I feature in this video do not cause white stains. Usually if a deodorant is clear you should be fine. It the white pasty ones that and white roll ons that will cause the white staining.

Great video. Yeah, it makes sense. How can you get healthy with something that causes "anti" perspiring. Those toxins that the body wanted to get rid of just get pushed back in somewhere else and build up to become a greater problem later on...or sooner on.

i tried using all natural deoderant but it didn't do anything. i was using the Crystal deodorant stick. i dont know why it wont work. the only thing i liked about it was that it was all natural and safe for enviorment. maybe i will have to make it home made...

For best results, be sure your underarm area is freshly washed. It works by preventing bacteria growth with a thin protective film, however, if you already have bacteria growing, it has a harder time working. Sometimes, I like to apply a little powder after the crystal deodorant has dried. I find it gives me that extra protection.

My fiance switched to deodorant and absolutely loves it! With his job he does sweat...no getting around it. By lunch time, he would start sweating really badly and have sweat circles on his shirt under his arms. Since he has started this deodorant he sweats throughout the day, but no sweat "rush" around lunchtime and no underarm circles or BO. I am still playing around and trying to find one I really like. This is great info to share with your viewers. I used to get these weird lumps in my armpit when I used anti-perspirant. I learned about aluminum and how to read deodorant labels and ever since I switched to natural deodorants like Tom's or Alba... I haven't had any trouble. I have tested this and gone back to aluminum products and sure enough the painful lumps developed again. - I am convinced and will never use anything with aluminum under my arms again.

I couldn't watch the entire video (work is calling!) so I'll jump in. I read aluminum causes Alzheimer's over time. Anyway, I rarely use deodorant. What I use is a teeny amount of collodial silver in my pits --- no sweating or BO the entire day. And I landscape in tremendous summer heat!! I also use it as a mouthwash, it killspoison ivy & quickly heals numerous cuts & scratches I receive with NO scarring. And many other things as well. Collodial silver is my underarm protection. :p

Hi, when you get a chance, take a look at the label under active ingredients.  You will see it contains Aluminum Zirconium Tetrachlorohydrex Gly. That is a form of aluminum that is used in antiperspirants. Usually if something is labeled antiperspirant, it contains some form of aluminum to stop you from perspiring. Thanks so much for writing.

That Old Spice is the one my hubby uses and it works FABULOUSLY on him. Sometimes I'll use the fresh scent of that brand as it isn't completely "male" smelling. I totally agree with your frustration at not being able to find just plain deodorant for women. I tried a "Tom's" brand, lemongrass scent, but that scent is a bit sour smelling ~ yuck. It would be great to just be able to go to a "regular" store, instead of a health food or specialty store, to buy plain ol' deodorant.

Excellent as always! Adidas makes a ladies deodorant with zero aluminum. The one that I have is 24 hour control by Adidas and comes in different fragrances. I am sure you can get this in unscented if you choose.

Hi, it's something people just don't realize. Our skin is very absorbing and can carry things right into our bodies. For example, you can wear a birth control patch on your skin and absorb enough medication to alter your hormones. I'm glad you liked my video :o)
