I feel so bad for Spring Awakening. There was just NO way to advertise this show to showcase it as awesome as it really was. I mean, I can imagine people seeing these performances and just going "...what?"

Censoring the songs from Spring Awakening takes a HUGE amount of what makes them awesome out. They're supposed to be raw and blunt and full of life. And censoring them just... completely takes away the essence of the show. Performances like this made the show seem so happy-go-lucky
