Practice. Megaman 9 is a cakewalk once you know what's going to happen. Also, don't rely on the mega buster. Beat an easy boss like Splash Woman first and then use the Trident Laser as a replacement for the Mega Buster. It's more powerful and doesn't use a lot of weapon energy. But yeah. Practice. The stages don't change, so the more you play it the easier it'll get.
