Really loving this song man, I keep coming back to it. That is some very impressive playing, you've got pretty flawless technic with electric and classical.
Rick , you don't even impress me with your technique , your sound just make me feel good and triggers feelings in my head .... so It makes me forgot the fact that ur insanely great as a technician ....I think it means you Sir Rick Graham makes awesome music beyond the fact being such a guitar master.....gosh I even applaused at the end I was so into it XD
A lot of people say "I'M THROWING ME GUITAR AWAYZZ!!" when they hear good music, but this stuff makes me want to learn more. Appreciate your continued dedication to guitar, helps beginners like myself understand there are many more styles out there which should be a blast to learn
@tgarci2 yea your right comments like those are bullshit anyways becuase it should inspire otherwise i dont even for what reason you play you always get better in guitar playing just pratice the right things:)
@cherrysoda3 Really? you couldn't spare thirty seconds of your oh-so busy youtube life so that this talented god-like guitar player over here could fund his hobby and quite possible career?
yes being well-rounded is admirable, but a jack of all trades is a master of nothing. Do you have a set band that you play with? or have you limited yourself to a solo act? As a seasoned musician it's become second nature for me to accurately gauge one's musical talents. A multi-piece band offers a whole new perspective to the song-making process. Just the addition of a set of vocals could shed a brand new light on your compositions. Keep an eye for future videos of mine.
How is your producer keeping you so well hidden? You need some good ol' American lovin'. I've heard you let it rip in full, and there's no denying any of your talent. There's an innumerable slew of bands in several genres that would salivate at the thought of having your talent grace the same track. Bet you could achieve more recognition in the states. Your playing seems to employ a myriad of styles. Excuse the cheap metaphor, but let your rock flag fly a little higher. It's like picking a major
It causes me both to wonder, and to be infuriated at the grossly unbalanced scaled that has become musical recognition. That some Jum Schmuck can get 20 million hits by adding a misleading 'best guitarist' title in hopes that his lackluster guitar performance will be cloistered and somehow redeemed by his attempts to appeal to a wildly impressionable demographic with laughable antics, while my friend Rick here, one of the more technically sounds guitarists i've heard, goes relatively unnoticed.
Man,you have such incredible touch... your control, and articulation is just amazing and there is such range and emotional content. It is simply a joy to hear you play.
I just love your tone, mr Graham, it's awesome! So full and thick, even on the highest notes, love the sustain on the harmonics and your technique as a whole! I've been playing guitar for around 3 years now, spent the first one learning classical guitar, the second and third with the electric and an acoustic, and you are just about everything my teacher describes as a great player!
This was incredible, i'm a very hard person to please when it comes to music, i cover movie themes in my own arrangments such as "He's a pirate" and "The rock" and basically want to become a composer so my background is very specific, but man this song touches my heart, aspecially the intro.
the only thing i could posibly say about this is i personaly dont like the way this was mixed but as far as the playing goes fucking five stars my friend. the music is amazing.
