Patches, pills, supplements, they're all crap. If you truly want to lose weight, you have to make lifestyle changes and improve your health. If anything, the stimulants in these weight loss "magic bullets" are bad for you, and could damage your heart.
Some of the herbs might also interfere with birth control.
Nice review but $120.00 for weight loss patches is a bit steep. I think that amount would be better spent on some whole-food vitamins and protein supplements. No matter how well-intended it may be, products like this only give people an excuse or better yet, something to blame when their weight loss plans fail. Good, old-fashioned diet and exercise is all anyone really needs. No need to rush weight loss, these products send the wrong message.
I love fat burner reviews. They are always given so much credit despite the fact the diet was improved. You can lose weight without a fat burner. I think in a society where we have a pill for everything, it makes you feel like its doing everything for you. Some supplements work, but they are given far, far too much credit over other basics.
Have you seen a lot of issues with these patch products falling off after a few hours? I have used a few brands (not for weight loss) and found that few stay on the full 24 hrs, while some even fall off after only a couple of hours. I'd hate to go back to duct taping things to my body again.
There is no reason for most people to restrict sodium intake. Sodium is a necessary component of a healthy diet. The idea that sodium intake is responsible for high blood pressure has been largely disproven.
