the reason hes partly singing english is because that is a language that is spoken in all european countries, the reason hes singign russion, is besause the eurovision was held in russia, and so to relate, he is russin, but he lived in lithuania and speaks lithuanian, just because he was born in russia doesnt make him 100% russian,i was born in lithuania, but i have been living in england for 15 years ( nearly all my life) but im not lithuanian, i mean not truly
