If I see a good reason for me and for the other person to approach them then I'll do it, like when i really thought i would be helping someone get a good deal on what i was selling at the theme park.

A while ago i had a job where i was supposed to stop people at a theme park and try to sell them stuff. I'd walk up to anybody to get a sale even if theyre really hot to me or not. I'm pretty shy so i thought that experience will help me approach girls. It helped a little but not that to the point where i was picking up hotties or anything. I realized the reason is because when i approached people at the theme park i had a purpose, which was to make a sale, so no one could say i was bein a creep

Even just being in the moment is a form of meditation as it connects you with everything around you and revitalizes you...as opposed to being disconnected (in your head). I'll make some vids on simple types of meditation that can be effective for getting better with chicks!

Makes a lot of sense dude, yesterday I saw 2 girls (3-4 years older then me) I wanted to approach them and knew what should I say but some voice (ego as you say) told me like "You shouldn't approach them, they're older then you" and now I feel kind of stupid because because I didn't approach them and was not authentic with my desires! :S
