I honestly dont think they ever worked. A few people put intros up and their videos didn't get deleted but that could be for a number of reasons.

Yes they did work at the beginning because I uploaded a video on youtube and he rejected it and then I added the intro in front of the same video and it worked... but youtube found out about the intros after and that's why they don't work anymore lol! :)
