First of all, in this video, it clearly shows that he had one bullet in his magazine so he had to "force" reload.Secondly, I think people reload after every shot with snipers because they are also using assault rifles which, as an example the Scar-H you need to get it reloaded after any shot because the magazine is too small and you're afraid that in the next CQB you will run out of bullets and you'll die.I think you caught the point
