It seems that Guild makes really good 12 strings. t It doesn't have that nasty, wood sound Gibson has with theirs. Though, the Martin 12 strings are just simply overpriced.

It''s an F-412 -- maple sides and back, one-piece molded back without braces.
The F-512 had rosewood sides and back and the back is flat and ladder braced.
