I was there. The weather was horrible, it rained all day with very little letup, I'd been on my feet for nearly ten hours,the cold and damp air did a number on my joints, I was soaked to the marrow,to say nothing about the all-cotton Indian flag I carried (Yes, I was that guy). But it was worth all that to see and hear Lhadon-la give her most eloquent and inspiring speech ever! And she was right. This generation of Tibetans will finish what started 52 years ago on the streets of Lhasa. RANGZEN!!
