I've been playing for three years but I'm working on my third concerto. (to hear it search Vivaldi concerto in a minor third movement). I honestly don't care if people swoon over abilities or what ever, but it really does hurt someone when you tell them that they suck so utterly badly, that you had to mute it ( an example). Just you pick up a violin, play it for the first time, memorized and hold the bow correctly. Just you try it.

anyone who is saying she sucks, she probably is new to the violin. I'd love to see you pick up a violin for the first time and make it sound halfway decent... it's impossible, I've been playing for 8 years and I would still never even consider telling someone they suck right when they start out. If you're really going to pick on a little kid's ability to play the violin you really need to get a life.

lol but not cool- im grade 5 at violin- u get used it- i think at grade 2-3 you get the tuning and the precision of whre to put your fingers

I tried to play violin, and it is one of the hardest instruments to play! you don't play a note, like on a guitar, you have to make the note! I think the fraulein is doing well, and we may see her on the concert stage someday. Go for it!
