man, she's got some power in her voice. I didn't think U.Mich's musical theater program was very good based on shows I've seen there, but she was obviously a shining light there. the straight theater program, however, is pretty amazing. she did a great job with this song!
well technically theyre one of the best. they have more alum on broadway than any other school, but it is interesting you say their shows were bad. which ones did you see (i don't go there by the way, im just curious)?

For what it's worth, this was not an actual musical or even a cabaret show.
It was a CONCERT of songs. Cortney did a great job and you do not have to be hispanic to perform "In The Heights" songs.
