ive been dying to go on pointe an i might get them next semester uv dance.... ive been doing ballet 4 only 2 years but in my mind ive been doing it since i wuz born

@hswett71 it depends on your feet and your strength and balance. I went up on pointe early. Then I quit ballet for awhile. When I restarted it I used pilates to regain the strength and I ended up back in pointe in grishkos and better than before. pilates really helps. so do square feet ;)

it usually happens when u go en pointe bcoz u stand on ur toes but there r protective gear for ur toes such as gel pads

All the ones i've been to, and i haven't been to many, haven't been dramatic and emotional and i haven't actually seen anyone perform really big/amazing moves. i guess i just have to go to more performances lol, then maybe i'll get really into it :)
