@XxXtheasiancutieXxX $945/mo, all utilities included, plus maintenance by our landlord. It came furnished, but we had a lot of our own stuff, so some of it is our landlord's and some of it is our own stuff.
@Caitlindale917 Thanks, me too! I love the historical aspect of it and also that they left some of the original detailing. It makes it feel like we're sharing a piece of history :)
wow, just checked this out, great hall, your little boy must run up and down that all the time lol, great closets omg, I'm Jealous lol, Congrats girl!
@brooklynlulu Thanks! :) Yes, the hallway and the kitchen were like the two primary reasons we wanted it! Breylen just learned how to skip (but it looks more like he's galloping, lol) so he is enjoying trying that new skill out up and down the hallway. I hope your situation with the landlord and the housing gets straightened out soon!
What a great space!! I bet you just love it! I'm sure your really enjoying it and all that extra room! We are looking into renting/buying a house and its super stressful...my husband is in real estate so you think it would be easier, but thats def not the case lol. I can't wait to move into a new space!!
@theeriksens Thanks :) We are loving it, and that's the number one thing we wanted was more space for Breylen and our stuff! (Well, and I wanted a kitchen with more than one counter for prep space!) We had checked into renting a house, too, but they were all so expensive! A house would be great, especially when you have a toddler! Good luck with your search, I know the housing market isn't exactly stable right now. My husband works at an insurance/ real estate company, also!
@RnRbizarre Thank you! Yes, the kitchen and exposed brick are probably my favorite features, as well :) I literally had two counters to prepare food on before we moved here, and one had a dish strainer on it, so I guess I only had one counter available. I fell in love with the space and look of this kitchen and it has been great so far for cooking! :)
Hey may i ask ? How much is the rent ?

So nice and big! I love the kitchen too and how they left the brick exposed. Congrats on your new place :)
