  • Ed Hardy is for rednecks and white trash. Period.

  • Well I say FUCK what's in style or not in style. If I think it's cute...or it matches my outfit i'll wear it. I don't give 2 shits what's "in style" or not. People are able to wear what they want to wear, clothes & accessories with labels are wayyyy overrated to me. I personally like Ed Hardy because I like tattoo designs & the bright colors. Idc if i'm labelled as a "dork" or a "douche" for wearing something as simple as a logo. If I like iti'm going to wear it regardless to what other's think.

  • ed hardy is sexy brand :/ shame its out of fashion right now

  • You should change the name of this video to FADS are OUT. Its not just Ed Hardy its any impermanent fad. Dont even bother buying clothes from whatever is "hip" because in a year, that clothing will be useless. stick to the timeless principles of fashion, dont go trying for a magic pill. You will just look like a retarded sheep who follows the masses.

  • 9 people are still wearing Ed Hardy

  • no, most people can not do better. Here's proof, the fact that anyone would wear a sports jersey. I see them wearing them in resturants, with someones eles's name on the back . Do these men think that Jordon wears a jersey out to dinner? He wears it at work. good grief.

  • Thank you soooo much! I live in a small town and fashion and trends tend to take some time to get around here, and Ed hardy became a big thing here only about a year ago, and I am SICK of it. Especially people who throw together an entire Ed Hardy ensemble and consider themselves to be the next big thing.

  • You're soo right i hate people weating t-shirts and stuff with no other design than a big logo on the chest because they think that others will think it looks great i personally try to avoid eanything with big visible logo's just because i think it looks riddicolus

-btw. sorry for my english, im a 16 year old from Denmark

  • Your right on. I think it should have never gotten popular in the first place!

  • Surely this is more a matter of opinion, a look doesn't have to be defined by what logo they're wearing, this is true. However, if the looks good and if it's a nice design it doesn't really matter IF it's Ed Hardy, or not.

Sounds more like a typical attitude towards designer labels and social groups. Like chavs and timberlands, I like timerland boots! Doesn't mean I'm a chav for wearing it! I hate that >.<

  • lol y'all suck. "Is Eko okay?" "What about Bench?" "What about True Religions?" Haha as soon as somebody criticises a brand the yest of you start getting insecure. That's pathetic. LMAO! His message was, wear something that you like, and mix your style with it. Not wearing some shirt with the name across it. For example, if you like to wear abercrombie, dont buy everything with the name across the chest. LOL and dude your the best, I agree with you with the Ed HArdy douchebags:) eg. snowboards!

  • SHUT THE HELL UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • if my mom bought me some ed hardy jeans and i wear it but in my OWN style... does that make me a dork. i'm not tryna b a smartass im just asking.

  • What do u think about true religion jeans Joey flare? I like them cause of the fit not because of the logo

  • what about flannelette's? there kinda the new thing but do you think they will be out in a couple of years or simple enough to always look good?

  • i actually ordered a really rare design from by that brand today...it was actually pretty intense. an abstract black and white print, with orange and black suede. other than that, everything else i've seen from him other than that shoe is utter shit...as a graphic designer i could honestly shit better designs than him, and then he whored himself out to wal-mart. now a three fingered kid in malaysia is suffering for his garbage....it's actually starting to get repulsive.

  • I m a girl and I like Ecko and so does my boyfriend. We usually go for the simple rhino logo shirts and etc. Is ecko alright? Usually they follow the trend but they always carry the classic rhino logo clothing too...Just a thought : )

  • now that it is out you can be original by wearing it. it never looked good wen you are head to toas ed hardy with the truws or w.e but if you just rock a hoodie or something i can loook good

  • ed hardy was gay from beginning... i always asked myself why tha fuck is this shit so expensive? I wouldnt even wear when i got it for free !!

  • Ed Hardy was never hip to me. Anything with visible labels and too much colour is a no no no for me. I like to keep it simple and clean. True Religion jeans just piss me off like Ed Hardy. I just can't stand one of my friends wearing that stuff.

  • Dom Rebel has taken over, all the rest are gimmicks.

  • aaron's a pussy

  • Can you please make a video on what type of t shirts to wear on ?

i mean V necks or rounded or with collars which would suit on the occasions something like that ?:-)

  • I just wanna say that the thing you are saying are great and the fashion you are spreading is "time-less" fashion that has been and always will be. greetings from Norway :)

  • @SamSalutan Isn't everyone a wanna be mma fighter now a days?

  • just to let you know buddy ed hardy is suing christian audura due to breaching the terms of the business christian raped ed hardy like he raped von dutch

  • Hey Aaron I was wondering if you think wearing gucci and armani is a douchey look?cause i love wearing those brands.

But anyways man your the best! :) No Homo.

  • not just ed hardy. fags in HS and college wear ugly shit from american eagle, hollister, abercrombie. Just cuz the shirt says "abercrombie" in big print all across the chest DOES NOT make it good looking. Or havin an american eagle tshirt that just has one big eagle on the front. Y'all look like walkin billboards.Love the stores. They have great clothes but some people just walk in and pick out the first shirt that has the stores name on it. Logos and brand names all over your shirt = douchebag!

  • 7 people dont know what men fashion is.

  • Hey Aaron, I could not agree more with you... I even dont wear any kind of pictures or anyting... but I have one question, I thing you agree with me that same brands give a different image of style or are connect with same kind of simbols (Ralph Lauren and High Class for exemple) and I think and wear shirt's and polos shirts in an appropriate ocasions and when I want to pass an image... what do you think about this? (ps: sory my english... I'am portuguese)

  • Ed hardy has been shot dead out of the tattoo scene

  • Agreed. Douche bag is exactly the word that comes to my mind.

  • Most of my closet is full of Express stuff cool or not but i like it because im in my late 20s so thats cloths more for my age. i have little American Eagle stuff again do to my age i only have that with summer wear (shorts and matching tees) anyways my point is i have Ed Hrdy Ties, Tees and jeans too! i'm not into the shoes and caps but I'm no Douch. I dont like that we r all put on the same bus of Douches because we all aren't! U NEED 2 MAKE A VIDEO REGARDING SKINNY JEANS R 4 SKNY PEPS

  • uhm, what do you think about Bench.?

  • you totally right

  • Agreed!! I'll stick with check shirts for now :)

  • "hey i'm hip....nah...you're kind of a dork" haha that amused me. great clips.

  • @stephenkna im from england aswel (london) and here anyway not many people wear edhardy at all. wud u agree?

  • Comment removed

  • man this is funny i always associate ED HARDY with douchebags funny that u think the same way thanks Aaron you made my night!

  • Just want to say I agree with you, there is nothing more god awful than seeing Ed Hardy plastered over someones chest. (or any other part of the body) However I have found myself that the subtle wearing of a Ed Hardy watch or other smaller piece doesn't make me look like a total douche. I'm a young male teacher in the United Kingdom so the dress code is suits/smart shirt and trousers so I do this to keep me looking from being a "square". Any thoughts or tips to stop me looking boring? Thanks.

  • Hi Aaron Marino!

First of all you youtube channel is awesome!!! Have made me think all about myself and how to other people see me.

If Ed Hardly as well as Affliction because the roskstars and actors do not wear it. Where can i find inspiration in clothes?

They have just been out not that much in popular programs os Jersey Shore. In the other hand I live in Mexico and here even the people who beg has one of this. Pirate of course.

    Thanks in advance

  • ed hardys so ugly, i love you aaron for your videos.

  • The point Aaron was making is that now it's Hardy, before that it was Sean John, before that it was Hilfiger...it's them trying to force you to be a blind consumer, an automaton, a soldier in their little mix-and-match, label-everybody economy. Screw them, be your own person! Why pay them money so you can wear their logo and be a human billboard? You might as well put on a chicken suit in front of KFC. You are NOT your fucking khakis!

  • Dude, to me Ed Hardy was "ugh" as soon as I saw celebs in it, it's awful and was just a quickie trend. Guys, they're trying to capitalize on hoping you want to look "just like" the rich and vapid. "Be unique, just like everybody else".

  • i use to paint custom tees and i got insanelymad wine some one comparedme to ed hardy and even thought it was mehnt to be a complement i got insulted imagenoek2009 trad up to marc echo u will look alot beter

  • Great videos!! they are very addictive. can you please tell me why people who are wearing ed hardy t's or any other for that matter, tend to have a large belt buckle with the shirt tucked in just behind it and the rest of the the shirt is untucked. Are they proud of the buckle? Thanks again for the excellent info!!

  • srry guido's its out thnks to u cocky mofo's

  • Agreed. I was almost suckered into buying an Ed Hardy shirt. I'm happy I didn't. Will spend that money on good jeans or shoes instead.

  • never cared for ed hardy but if people wana wear them, this is the US, land of the free

  • the day i pay for a shirt thats more than 30 bucks thats the day i reevaluate my life ed hardy is not style its a really bad tattoo

  • I completely agree! I'm not really fond of the clothing either. All the kids at school have Ed Hardy. I'm like, "That's not fashion! Where's your sense of style?"

  • LMFAO "TRUE!!!!" - miami, fl usa.

  • i agree 10000%

  • AMEN!

  • THank youuu!!!! EDD HARDYYY IS DEF OUT@!!!!!! It's just i feel the people who wear this is lazyy!!!!!! I totally agree I cant stand the people who wear clothes and they have the labels and logos plastered on hem and they think its like fashion......ahhh it drives me insane!!!!!!!!

  • @cgr389 So which brand or style is on right now for men in the mid 20's?

  • just look for the song "fuck ed hardy - Dirt Nasty" on youtube. there you'll hear the truth

  • Never liked the Ed Hardy junk and totally agreed on how style should be. It's something personal and you have to be creative about it.

  • interesting post. ceratinly a lot of food for thought. personally i like 2 diversify and experiment with my style and i do have an ed hardy t-shirt as part of my collection. there has been criticsm for selling out and i can't say that it is unjustified. that hasn't helped the brand image. however some of the hatred is a little exteme. i'm from the UK so my perspective is a little different as the styles and trends here do not follow the exact same patterns as they do in the US.

  • I will forever wear my Metal T-shirts, could care less if it is not in style or whatever reasons. I also just don't feel right without it (tried other design t-shirts & blanks, just don't like it).

  • thank god i did not waste my money on Ed Hardy, it looks tacky the first time i saw it...just because celebrities wear it, doesn't means its hip....NOT!

  • THANNKKK YOOOOOU FOR THIS ONE!!!

  • I like tattoos. Of course I have mine on my body and not on my shirt but w/e.

  • I agree with you, Ed Hardy is now out and it looks cheap

  • good video.

    thankyou

  • soo fucken gay euhhh what a douchebag! !!! what the fuck is that >>whatt a faggG!!

  • I'm standing right next to you point and laughing at the douchebag too LOL woot woot eddy Mc eddster =P

  • I will assume you are refering to me.....I encourage you to wear lots of Ed Hardy. I think you probably would look great in it. Don't stop at the hats, belts, hoodies....go with an entire Ed outfit! You will be the coolest guy anyone has ever seen. We can all laugh at you and point at the douchebag!

  • Lol, they have Ed Hardy Vodka now too, pretty retarded... Never bought any of that junk.

  • lol your awesome :)

  • @AlphaMconsulting u r right :D thx to ed hardy i already see douchebags from far away :D

  • @AlphaMconsulting well i agree with you 100% that ed hardy stuff is way out of style its now 2010 and i still see ppl wearing that stuff ... wth? btw what you you think about sportbrands like nike puma or adidas ? it seems to they never run out of style or? thx

  • That shit is soo popular at my school...those rich kids live for it. It's ridiculous...

  • Haha Ed Hardy was stylish back then.

lol. I never thought it was. Ed Hardy is nothing but ugly graphics on cheap fabric.

Love the videos by the way.

  • i like your vids

you really saved some of those clients you showed on you before and after vids..

mix it up with the intro music maybe?

    thissssiswhativeeeedoneeeeee

    this is what ivee done

    keep doin what your doing

  • ed hardy a beaner brand today u said it hollywood celebraties wear it now all this beaners in arizona wear it and think they have style lol hahaha

  • lol thats true

  • I do agree with you however I sold out and wear the Ed Hardy cologne

  • Btw, I was curious to know what you think of Affliction t-shirts? According to your source are they in or out?

  • I'll bet you can guess...I'm not a fan of affliction either. For a different reason. Way too many guys are buying them and wearing them and think they are stylish because they are wearing a t shirt. My feeling is, you can do better and figure out a style of your own. Don't just wearsomething with a logo and assume you are stylish!

  • I agree. I stopped wearing shirts with huge logos when high school ended. I usually wear solid- color shirts or shirts with a design i like that have no text or very little text on them, and i've found that i get noticed more at school than those douchebags wearing shirts with dragons and angel/demon wings and whatnot.

    great vid! subbed!

  • lol I never liked ed hardy either. And you have a good msg, it's all about how you look, not the brand name or price or w/e. great vid!

  • This reminds me of true religion or even coach. When you go to mall and literally half of the people their are wearing it then why would you...especially for the price too

  • At first I thought you were going to give me a VALID reason as to why it's out and then you said he sold out because he stuck a logo on everything? Sounds to me like your crying about his merchandise selling. Read the sales stats their still selling an incredible amount of merchandise. And for the record I model for them on occasion so it's always in to me.

  • Congratulations on being an Ed Hardy model! Good for you! I could care less about their sales stats. I'll bet they are up. They are in Costco for god sake! Hey if I was employed by them, I would wear it and smile as well. So, good for you and keep wearing that tired ass clothing! I'll bet you look fantastic in rhinestones and tigers!! Keep Rock-in the runway!

  • i agree with you 100%... Ed Hardy is horrible! Not even fashion... Funny thing is, when people talk about 'sales figures', you need to understand marketing demographics. Please keep in mind that Ed Hardy is also sold at Burlington Coat Factory. So we're talking discount and very low-end stores. Not exactly inspiring or original.

  • Thanks, I consider that a pretty good achievement seeing that I used to be obese at one point in my life. Ed Hardy isn't at Costco, at least not here in MD. They are however at T.J. Maxx, Marshalls and Ross. I'm not employed by Ed Hardy, just thought I'd clear tha away for you, I model for free merch when they come through Raleigh, NC. The clothing isn't tired, just because celebs stop wearing it, it's not considered out of style? I never followed the brand because of celebs wearing it.

  • Congrats on the weight loss! That is fantastic and you should be proud of that. 15 min ago I was in a gas station and right infront of me was a case of "ed hardy" lighters!!! I started to laugh "not tired" i rest my case

  • Yeah I'll agree with you Ed Hardy did sell out by slapping it's logo on anything it could. They should have stuck to keeping the logo on clothes and accessories. I probably honestly would have laughed at the Ed Hardy lighters as well.

  • good video . i agree whit you :D !!

  • heh i agree they did go over board

but i do have 1 ed hardy dog tag which i wear a lot :P

  • I truly agree with this dude:)

  • oooh yeah i disagree with you on this one man, ed hardy perfect for people who want that rocker look..but i hate when you see preppy teens and adults wearing it, i feel like puking then lol

  • dude all your videos are cool rock on

  • i see it everywhere now! when they first hit the scene i thought it was cool but now its over rated i thank god i have a mind of my own! i don't have to or desire to look or be like anyone else.

  • NICE. Who is Audigier? The designs are simple... and look my profil :-) Good Marketing is a little bit more than Image. s.oliver "turnover" is 1,5 Billion Dollar and the headquater is where I live. And my brother married his niece. Any Question :-))) I think Michael Jackson buy in the wrong shops :-) But Tokio Hotel looks good with ed hardy :-)

  • Does anyone understand what this guy is trying to say???? I for one can not!!

  • :-)))) I would say Tiger is out... Mac OS X Leopard is in! Sorry - I mean s.oliver and Tokio Hotel is in :-))

  • That clears it up for me. Thanks for explaining! Drugs are bad news my friend.

  • now seriously: A personality that needs „logos buys Image for yourself and that is the wrong way. I agree: create your own Style and a Consultant can help to find it. Your sites are great and perhaps „it works if I say this words. My Job is Marketing and i create „brands :-) and if Michael Jackson goes with his Kids to ed hardy... thats nice to see. Search YOUTUBE.

    Wishes

    sorry for my bad english

  • Your English is better then mine, so now problem!

  • I agree! I wore ed hardy in late 06. stopped after seeing someone wearing one every 10 minutes

  • I agree! Good point. Hollywood has ditched it. Never thought of that.

  • thank you! i thought i was wrong about this ed hardy thing

    i totally agree

you brought up a good point

  • SO TRUE! totally agree!

  • i agree all the way with all ur vids, i look at thingz from the same point of view ;)

  • Good Point.... The fashion trend names steal away your ability to be creative. We do settle when it comes to displaying our true creativity in our images. VERY GOOD POINT.... keep it up....... I'm definitely enlightened.... thanks A Mo...... lol

  • ed hardy is amazing =P always has always will be. and what do you wear like sears shit??

  • Thank you for your eloquent response. As far as Sears is concerned....good news, they now sell Ed Hardy.

  • good one! lol i agree with you... many people are obsessed with ed hardy. they don't even know they are just paying for the the Logo/art that is printed on any kind of items. it is actually sad that nowadays no one has their own style, because they are afraid that it won't be cool. and if you wanna pay for art in clothing mind as well get a Picasso printed on a white-T.

  • i am a person who analyzes style most plenty i must say.. i dont care if its out of style.. ed hardy looks very cool. and true if u wear it ur like lots of ppl... But who says you cant add accesories or other stuff TO make it your own style thats my philosphy... i get shit clothing and turn it into stylish chic orginal clothing

  • K-Mart too

  • OH SNAP!

Shit. They heard that one on the international space station.

  • Well said Aaron. I liked the "Na..you're kind of a dork".

  • Well put! The coffee maker was totally cool! Not so much anymore.

  • Well, I am hoping it is "True Religion" jeans. They cost a boat load, and to be honest, all that stitching and ugly pockets just don't do it for me. I see them as a fad with a limited life span.....I hope!

  • its like the hollister shirts?

    everybody has one:S

    (im from california)

that shirt reminds me when G-unit shirts were famous brand but then everybody got tired of it

i just wonder what is next

    what do you think?

  • or stick to clasics, white shirts and dark jeans with boots or a nice loafer are always in style. For bioth men and wmen. If the price point is higher chanel or armani is always chic no matter the body shape. I live in work shirts but i buy RL polos and dark jeans or white Brooks oxfords with a nice blzer as my signature. Shoes are a different story but they are cheap and i can play there. the only trendy things i buy are english laundry shirts

  • YOU ARE SO RIGHT!!! Fuck trends, you gotta wear what looks good on you, not them.

  • AMEN brother!

  • finally! i love your for saying this...ed hardy is rotten...ppl who like that are the same ppl who want a bright yellow lambo..so lame and hungry

  • yea ed hardy is gross... always has been

  • Btw, I would love to see a video on how you got to where you are and started your own company, it looks really interesting and I would love to do something similuar when i'm older ! :)

  • Hey, I actually think these videos are great- thanks very much for them, I really want to see more. I'm 15 years old and so associate very much with what your saying, especially when it comes to shops like Topman- everyone in there looks excatly the same, same hair, same clothes etc. Nothing wrong with buying stuff you like but you should wear it as a personal reflection, not because everyone else is - that isn't 'fashion' its just crowd following.

    Take care.

  • 15 and very smart!
