U have to go to C:\program files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data

once there u have to look for a file named VEHICLES.IDE the un have to open with notepad

and and you will se that every car has a line of code in that code u have to look for a pair of equals numbers like these 0.775, 0.775,

or these 0.64,0.64,(every car has dirferent pair of numbers) i recomend this size 1.1 (before 0.775,0.775)after(1.1,1.1)
