Here's the story for those interested.

The subscription service NBA League Pass lets you watch every game no matter where you are. For most games the feed originates from the local station broadcasting it in the home city. For national games they show the ABC/ESPN/TNT feed. Only difference being that League Pass has its own commercials in the breaks. Last year there was a problem where no commercials were shown on League Pass for a few days and this kind of stuff was being broadcast instead.
