The eternal Christ, speaking through, the body we call Jesus, declared his existence as
having predated Abraham. This is why we see the curious use of the present tense I
AM instead of the past tense "I Was" or, "I existed." In the state of being which is
Christ's consciousness there is no past or future but only the present shining
singularity of existence.
