@cDog8766 i have built several diff designs all of wich produced diff amounts..and unless its something you would like to toy around with with many failures(not producing enough or being affective) as a hobby and spending money(my first i spent 65$ on material and countless hrs making adjustments.i did finally come up with 2 that produce over 1lpm but got caught up in remodeling house and a motorcycle wreck and never got to install to see actual mileage..
@cDog8766 my best one was buying all the same material as the hho2u except the electrolite(i used baking soda its just easy to get) and at about 13 amps..i started with a 4" 21 plate..ended up taking many out untill i had 9 plates and diff # of pos,n, neg. plates and changeing the torque to change the space between the plates..
@cDog8766 for the $ i wish i had just bought theres and used it to check the mpg and then disect it to make my own copys with less trial and error..the rubber rings make a diff(alot of rubber ring actual conduct a small amount of electricity that screw up you output) but if you disect then you want to mesure the distance between plat with a digital or dial caliper so when putting back to geth it will be accurate..
@cDog8766 i have not purchased one from them tho so cant personally vouch for the effectiveness but i used there design and came up with good results..its a simple idea but takes alota time and understanding of the electrical science, chemical reactions that take place and safely delivering the fuel without messing up sensors on your car.so its not a wonder box cure all..i would ask about the plate spacing they used when building these..i would like to know for myself..
@cDog8766 oh. for your question on the plates..steel prices go up and down daily..u want to use a 18 gauge 316l grade wich i priced at over $600 for a 4x8 sheet at a metal supplyer..its not really the easiest stuff to get ahold of.had to call around befor finding some.but found a local place that had some cut offs and purchased a couple 4 inch by 4 foot strips for $27 each. and had to cut down to my specs..pain in the ass. if u have a metal shear it isnt to bad.
@cDog8766 and drilling stainless isnt the easiest thing either..these take alota work to actual make..you can buy kits and plates online already made if you want to spend the $..if you have the $ i would suggest it just because my time is $ and cost me more in time to make them than to buy them..i have alota fab tools so like to build things outa nothing and went the hard route to begin with and have better understanding of the unit and how it works.
hey im thinking about making a small cell im using a peanut butter jar *plastic and im using the lids of of steel cans as my plates i got a car battery charger and im spacing every thing about an 8th of an inch apart im using fish tubing for al my tubes like the stuff for aquariums and i was also thinking about using the little blue water arrestors as a flashback arrestor its got 28 plates total and they are round does this sound like a good cell?

are you using a bridge rectifier? How many volts?
MrRuzo214 1 month ago
@MrRuzo214 No rectifier, it is powered from 12V batteries and a power pulse modulator.

does the water ever run out?
can it be plain water from the faucet or does it need a little bit of baking soda?
do you have to modify the engine fuel managment system to include hydrogen?
bigwillchill 4 months ago
@bigwillchill This is tap water. I think you would need to modify the engine management as the oxygen sensor would change the fuel mix.

25 amp draw will kill your alternator

If your water has salt in it I believe you are also making Sodium and Chlorine.
Chlorine gas is poisonous.

@cndarkside
It is just plain tap water.

Yes that's right. Also oxygen is made at the same time. See the link in the description for more details of the project.
