"Uploaded on June 22, 2009" excuse my vulgarity but what the fuck has kept the album 2 years since this was uploaded? The only reasons I can think is that they had writers block or are so obcessive compulsive they just could never be satisfied with what they did. Its taking the piss out of the fans and dont be surprised if it jumps up and bites ye on the ass.

@yemieko Take it easy dude. Theyve said before theyre taking it easy, they felt the last record was too rushed, and theyve been taking a break from touring, resting. Theyve not spent the entire two years recording, I'd wager. Besides, there's no time limit on how things happen with songwriting, they dont owe a record to anyone, and there's no time limit for people to demand that record. Besides, it could be worse - Richard Archer could be Axl Rose, then we'd never get a fuckin' record.

@TangmereTornado IMHO it shows a disregard for their fans, who have supported them all along. Great artists is the past have manged to put out great records in a few months. I hope the wait is worth it. Judging by the time it took it should be the masterpiece of a generation.

@yemieko Still think you're being too harsh dude, I get what you're saying of course, I hate it when bands fob off fans with constant excuses and stuff. As I say though, not all great artists can put out a legendary record in a matter of months. I guess proof will be in the pudding - I dont think it'll be a genre-defining masterpiece, but if it's on a par with OUATITW then I'll be disappointed - theyve taken a lot more time on this one, so ergo should be a lot stronger.

Awesome work, this sounds great! For some reason gives me an impression of how Bloc Party were going when writing Intimacy, big pounding drums and electronic elements as well as big guitars and that. Its infectious!
