You have to have $5 million in personal assets to be considered eligible to buy a "condo" on this ship, knowing that your purchase will depreciate in value and last maybe 10-20 years before being scrapped. It's a purely leisure expense, certainly not an investment like most homes, since you're buying a piece of a vehicle instead of real estate. Imagine the insurance premiums you have to pay, too...

if you have the Travel Channel they have an hour documentary about the ship... you can see the inside of it and some of the rooms....its really nice
