  • Sorry for my ignorance, but I'm curious is the ad orientem Rite of the Mass in the language of the vernacular or is it in Latin?

  • You mean the Tridentine. The Tridentine is celebrated Ad Oriemtem. Vatican II intended that the Novus Ordo (the Venacular Mass) to be celebraed Ad Oriemtem.
