@custre from my research into the song, i believe these chords are correct. most chord pages show the wrong chords for this song because they are easier to play on the guitar

I don't know the Cat Power version (I've never heard of her, but she must be very famous beacause a lot of people here seem to believe she wrote that song) but it must be different if the chords site shows other chords than the Phil Phillips version.

However, the best site for correct chords is azchords!
