I have always been a fan of Showstyle and I used to be a fan of DCI, until I got on here and heard how close minded alot of these DCI people are. Yeah yinz guys have good snare chop, but unless you have perform for a showstyle band you can't say shit and Vice versa. Everybody should give props where props are due. Stop being so cocky, theres a difference between that and confidence. Why not compliment each others occomplishments. Showstyle people guilty of it too, Good video and Great sound!!!

Instead of everyone saying they should have chose this drumline and such, why don't you just be happy for them and be happy for the fact that Cadillac decided to use musicians for their commercial. I came from a corp style high school and now I march for this band, and you know what. I loved marching for both of them. So don't say that they should have chosen a corp style over this, you can barely compare the 2. Maybe you band will get picked next year. ;-)
blued devils and cadets are great, and so is BCC i was in an HBCU band and i learned that eventhough CORPS is very respected is not as mainstream as it should be, it still has long ways to go, but i do hope to see them in a commercial or just on the spotlight in any other way.

its just a commecial , its a good commercial but thats just what it is. you can't judge the band just with this piece, in commercial media bands or any other grup has very little to say on what they do. i was at tsu and we did the super bowl halftime show, it was our song and our dance routine but that was it, other than that they have all the control and make u do what ever they want.

actually only about 35 of us went to LA for the shoot but we had about 42 in the section. They used TV effects to make us look bigger.
