kotor2 is much better than the first mainly because the graphics were a little better and there were alot of different options everything kept constantly changing i had new teammates depending what side I was on and i could upgrade my weapons alot more than i could from the first altough I did not like where i first started off witch is peragus2.

@Jonsey9Mill If you're playing on PC, the mods are pretty easy to install and really self explanatory. Just type in kotorfiles into google and the site should pop up. There's a great community for modding out there, and it's still going strong.

@JojoTheUnstoppable To be honest, KotOR just felt like the Original trilogy with more lightsabers thrown in for no reason, KotOR II, actually had it's own story, KotOR had a pathetic morality system, it was either ultimate celibate hero adopts the orphans or Dumb shit evil that kills the orphans with UNLIMITED POWAH! for no reason, KotOR II was far more mature about it, and the companion system was MUCH better and with the Restored Content mod it becomes amazing.

You do bring up a good point, but lets be honest here, the first game had a long lasting effect in video game history, and it had more developed teammates in terms of they actually make you feel like you're talking to them.

@JojoTheUnstoppable Also, I hated how in KotOR as soon as you finish Leviathan, you no longer matter, because you are this random Sith Lord called Revan, your character has just been stomped out and means fuck all because OMG! you are Revan, KotOR II is nothing like that, you only find out that YOU ended the mandalorian wars with mass murder, and now you either become the new Sith Lord with all this learning and knowledge, or save the galaxy from the Sith Triumvirate and rebuild the jedi order.
