actually, in 90's early, slash used a EMB rack wah with a ernie ball volume pedal modified to use as a regulator of the rack.

so he sold that to use a dunlop rack wah and a dunlop crybaby.

I was reading a very interesting article on Slashs luthier made Les Pauls. Its widely known that AFD was recorded using a LP made by a guy in LA, I didnt know that there were 2 of these guitars, both made around the same time by different guys, one by a guy called Derrig and the other by a guy called Max. There is a pretty big debate about which one was actually used in AFD (possibly both). Theres so many similar looking ones here that I dont know which is which but the Max one is used in....

@HybridRxn It's a true vintage LP Standard, can't tell if it's a 1958, '59 or '60 just by looking at the picture, but the color is what's now known as "Teaburst" ....it probably started out as a Cherry Sunburst when new, but the pigments that Gibson used in their finishes back then faded substantially over the years, especially when exposed to sunlight, as in a guitar store's front glass window....Gibson now makes this Teaburst color available new, along with the traditional Cherry and Tobacco
