Tancredo has no concept in what it takes to teach higher education. Most College students know that for every hour in class you study two hours outside of class. I can tell you that it takes that much and sometimes more to prepare and grade for a class. Thus 30 hours now turns to 90 hours/week. And, if your contract says you need to publish, that means you need to write for grants and publish research data, thus add another 40 hours. All adds up to 130 hours out of a 168 hours in a week.
