if you have a leaky IC boot might wanna get a new one before ur goin down the road and boom. happened to me on my way to snoball in my truck. i got on the road put the pedal down and tires spinnin 60+psi (not sure of exact psi gauge only goes to 60 and was pegged) then boom. thought i blew up one of the turbos sounded like a gun went off. hahah anyway thats my story and my IC boot was perfectly good till that hhahah

@9412vpullin Oh alright because i looked and couldn't see the line that runs down for the 3rd door, which didnt come out until 1998.5 so thats the easiest way for me to tell the difference between 12v and 24v's. Nice truck though man looks good, my first truck was a 96 12v and i loved that thing to death, but i upgraded to a 07 mega cab 24v and pretty much love this truck just as much, i just miss some things about my 12v. It smelled like a diesel and sounded like one forsure

@TheKiLoMonStRoSiTy idk bout that depends on if u got the hot unlock and what ur boost settings are on. in this vid i had a smoke switch with a whole in the ic boot. the smoke switch is wat made it smoke so much. it tricked the ecm into reading it was at full boost which in actuality, it didnt have to read the amount of manifold pressure in order to fuel....it jus fueled all the way as i mashed the throttle

no i dont got the monitor just the small controller with the egt display. the quadzilla was the biggest i could find for my truck (180 hp) but i should have gone with the smarty. lotta smoke with the quad though. put a few ricers to shame already

@fiveninefo haha well.....had a leaky ic boot so we thought wed have fun with it before i replace it. but even with the comp and DDP 100's it smokes pretty damn good!
