is princess auto good. (i live in canada too) because my dad says its not the best. im building a go kart also. lucky for me, i already have the frame,steering, and seat all in place.

@75Scout2Man If you wanna go fast, go for like a 50 tooth or 46 tooth sproket. Mines a 60, its good for burnouts and drifting but it doesnt have a huge top end speed. Hope that helps.

I have a built 8 hp that i rebuilt. It rips hard. If i have it 100% throttle for about 30 seconds the muffler glows red hot and when you let off it shoots flames its sick to ride at night. Also has working lights.
i got an 8 horse honda gx240 from my uncle that wasnt running and i put a new plug and bought a new carb for it and it seems to run fine...check out my video of mine with a crappy asian motor on there from last year
Well i went to a garage sale and got my 8 hp Briggs off a rototiller for 80.00 and added a new set of points a a 3 tone paint job. Then the Steel was about 150-200.00. The disc breaks were 120.00. The set of 5 tires i bough were 40.00 each. Thats the basics. Then i added a body i built out of wood, plastic and metal, with a counter top finnish. Then add ons like lights decals ect. You could do it for about 400.00-500.00. Mine was about 800.00. I have taken it to car shows and people are impresse
that things sweet mine is a 6.5hp and it does about 80kph its home made aswell but it has a very low center of gravitiy so it inposiple to drift unless im on gravel.... u have a kickass truck to props

60 teeth are on the sproket on the axle. you could go even smaller cuz it has tones of power, but i like doing doughnutz and burnouts in the dry so.. But i have clocked it at 50 km/h so its not bad
